So that we can get going, we’ll have an initial call together. This will give you time and space to share more about what’s going on for you. 

Importantly, and before we start, this will also give you the opportunity to decide if I’m the right therapist for you. This matters a lot and time is valuable, so it’s important we’re on the same page.

The process

Sessions are typically 50 minutes, weekly at a regular time and online. However, how many sessions you want, how often, where, when, and how long they last - these are all details we can discuss during our initial call.
